Diploma in German Language and a Member of TiE. He has 20 Years of
professional experience in software engineering, project
management, training, construction management and process plant
erection. He has a Good knowledge of all quality concepts
including Six-Sigma, CMMI, ISO 9000, 5S, etc. He has conducted more than 1000
hours of knowledge transfer & process consultancy sessions to
large groups on numerous technical & non-technical subjects. He
is a highly effective facilitator. The subjects pertain to
Project Management, Personality Development, Quality Management,
Software Engineering, etc. He has great experience of giving
trainings / working in many cultures / countries like USA, Canada,
